The Licensor (ID Consultants) grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software (ID Consultants Shutdown Manager) in conjunction with it''s supporting software for the purposes of Managing a maximum number of computers as specified below above.

Installation of a second copy of this software, either for concurrent or additional management of further computers, is strictly prohibited.

Additional licenses for the software are available from www.librarysmith.co.uk (e-mail sdman@librarysmith.co.uk) upon receipt of appropriate licensing fees.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN PARTICULAR, NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ID CONSULTANTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ID CONSULTANTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
